Well, that was quick. Apparently Michael Steele, the putative head of the RNC, gave an interview in which he suggested that abortion was a personal choice for women to make. He also seemed to indicate that all gays might not be doomed to eternity in a fiery pit.
Now he will be forced to leave, as the entirety of the Republican party platform can be summarized thusly: weemens in the kitchens, sodomy only with strangers in bathrooms, and tax cuts.
